A development of 35 affordable new family homes in Madeley, Telford, for The Wrekin Housing Group.
DJD Architects worked for Wrekin Housing Group to develop designs and achieve planning permission for redevelopment of the this site which previously comprised unoccupied flats and garages on this sloping suburban site.
The site comprises a mixture of one, two and three bedroom houses, and two bedroom bungalows.
DJD Architects were also appointed by E Manton Building Contractors, to prepare the technical design, and the development was delivered under a design and build contract.
