DJD Architects achieved planning consent for a new 48 bedroom care home, designed with consideration of the therapeutic principles for older people with dementia. The new building also incorporates 15 self-contained flats offering sheltered accommodation for older people, benefitting from the ability to access shared facilities with the care home such as on-site shop, prayer room and hairdresser.
