Our Plan

We recognise that in order for us to bring the greatest benefit to our clients, it is important that we know where we are heading as a business.

During 2009 an in-depth business planning exercise was carried out by the boards of the DJD Group companies based on extensive SWOT analysis, this allowed us to identify 5 key areas for development over the next 5 years.

Each of these goals is owned by a Director or Associate Director:-

• We must build a sustainable and secure business that both staff and shareholders can share in and benefit from, delivering a reliable and long term service to our clients.
• We must be clear as to who we are, what we do and why we do it, and know our strengths and the range of expertise we can offer.
• We must create an environment where people can fulfil their potential and the company can fully capitalise on those skills.
• We must fully embrace sustainability in our projects and our own business practices, becoming a local leader.
• We must deliver a robust, quality service to our clients and continually improve the way in which we work.
