As a consultancy we recognise that our staff and their knowledge is our greatest asset and accordingly are committed to continuing training and development of staff at all levels within the company.

We believe that it is essential that our staff combine this technical knowledge with an appreciation of the effect that the application of this has on the delivery of a scheme. All of our team have an appreciation of the architectural delivery process, this helps to ensure that attention to design issues remains prominent and is not unnecessarily affected.
