Typically we will work with you from the earliest feasibility and concept design stage to develop a design that fulfills your requirements, meets your aspirations and exceeds expectations.

We develop all of our projects using industry leading 3D CAD 'Building Information Modelling' software, allowing us to continually explore and improve the design as it develops. Seeing the computer model makes your project easier to understand and allows better discussion of the design.

Using the model we try to make sure that no opportunity is missed, making the most of potential views, maximising usability and space within your project, bringing benefits that will be valued through the life of the building.

Your project is likely to require planning permission; to give you the best chance of achieving this we can prepare all the necessary drawings and documents and submit the application on your behalf.

Once planning permission is in place we can prepare the construction and pricing information you need to have the project built, whether you plan to appoint a contractor or manage the build yourself. We can inspect and certify the works as they progress to satisfy your mortgage lenders requirements.
