Plan Compliant Homes

DJD Architects have developed a range of standard plans for houses, flats and bungalows that have been certified by the Housing Corporation as 'Plan Compliant'. This means they have been assessed as meeting the Housing Corporation's Design and Quality Standards 2008. We are continuing to develop new plan types which will be added to this site as soon as they are approved.

HQI scores for Unit Layout and Unit Size, assessed against HQIv4, are included for each plan. Please note users will still need to carry out their own, full HQI assessment based upon the specification details used on their own scheme.
